FBI, Police search Central Casa Blanca Lagoon for missing man

The FBI and local police will be draining a lagoon south of the valley on Thursday to try and find an Arizona man who has been missing for three years.

Brant Dockerty, also known as "Blue Devil" was last seen in May 2012. In August 2014, his family reported him as a missing person to the Mesa Police Department.  Police say his last known location was a residence in Bapchule, where he was dropped off by his two brothers.

Officials say Dockerty has not been in contact with his family since May 31, 2012.

Authorities will drain the Central Casa Blanca Lagoon, known as "the crater" and the FBI anticipates the search could last as long as eight weeks due to the environment and large area.

The Gila River Indian Community Police Department and the FBI are encouraging those who have additional information regarding Dockerty to contact Gila River Indian Community Silent Witness at (520) 562-7144 or the FBI at 1-800-CALLFBI (1-800-225-5324).
