Former NFL stars honor disabled veterans on Super Bowl Sunday

Former NFL stars took over The Venue Scottsdale to give an incredible Super Bowl Sunday experience to a very special group, disabled veterans.

25 hall of fame players, along with other league legends took part in the "Chilling and Grilling with Jimmy Mac Tailgate!"

Two-time Super Bowl champion Jim McMahon hosted the event as a way to say thank you to the men and women who have served our country.

"I think a lot more of the country is starting to get it finally," said McMahon. "You know, we couldn't have these freedoms without these guys' sacrifice. So whatever I can do to help them I'm happy to do it."

Bennington Marine also donated a handicap-accessible, custom pontoon boat to the Foundation of Exceptional Warriors.
