"We're just looking for people who are friendly, happy, know the area and want to take part in the experience," said John Skowronek with Square One Solutions.
Square One Solutions is hoping to hire hundreds of chauffeurs for the NFL.
Qualified applicants will be driving brand new SUV's, transporting guests of the NFL including team owners and possibly even some celebrities.
"If you get Harrison Ford who happens to come in, and you happen to drive Harrison and he says 'what's a good restaurant?' It's probably a good idea if you could lead him to a good restaurant or two in Phoenix... that would certainly be helpful," he said.
Drivers need a clean driving record, pass a drug test, and pass a background check to get hired. Many of the trips will be to and from the airport and valley hotels, transporting the VIP's.
They'll get minimum wage and tips although some people who've applied seem to be in it more for being part of the Super Bowl experience.
"I just had a guy in this morning who said I thought this was volunteer. He said I don't care, I'm just jazzed about being part of the whole experience you know," said Skowronek.
