'I'll Take a Bullet Before You Do': Watch CA Officer Lead Workers to Safety

A California law enforcement officer’s bravery amid yesterday's tragic mass shooting is going viral.

Cell phone footage shows the officer reassuring people as he leads them out to safety from the deadly San Bernardino shooting.

The group was reportedly being escorted out of the Inland Regional Center, a Social Security office where at least 14 people were killed and 17 more injured during a holiday party.

“Try to relax, everyone. Try to relax,” the officer says calmly.

“I’ll take a bullet before you do, that’s for damn sure.”

The officer, who has not been identified, is said to exemplify the kind of exceptional sacrifice law enforcement every day must face.
