Local family creates bucket list for dying pup, donates money to cancer research

Spring time is synonymous with wedding season, but this wedding you're about to see -- isn't your typical ceremony. It includes a pair of dogs tying the knot. Fox 10's Ty Brennan explains.

Here comes the bride and groom.

Meet Revo, the Rottweiler and her new husband, Tripper. The wedding was thought up by the dog owner's young daughter. Recently, 6-year-old Revo was diagnosed with lung cancer, so the family wanted to create a 'Doggie Bucket List' for her so that she can live out the rest of her days happy.

Revo's owners say she loves attention and loves when people come to the house, so the wedding was added to the list.

Guest were invited to the nuptials yesterday where they watched the four-legged bride and groom saunter down the aisle, before barking their 'I Do's.'

Guests were asked to make a donation to the Phoenix Children's Hospital for pediatric cancer research.

After the wedding, the happy couple decided to take a quick dip to cool off.
