Paradise Valley Police seek tips to solve murder case

A year after a murder in Paradise Valley and police are hoping you can help nab a suspect.

It was a gruesome crime, a force entry into this Paradise Valley home in a gated community.

It was the middle of the night last April, the house was robbed, and Michael Gillman was stabbed to death.

Detectives were left with little to go on.

"When the officers first arrived there we found a crime scene, a homicide. The medical examiner's report later found he had been stabbed multiple times, somewhere around 50, 50 times," said Lieutenant Mike Horn.

Now police have released a new video that they may catch the suspect.

"We believe there are at least two suspects based on criminal evidence in the house," said Lt. Horn.

The new video shows Gillman's car that was taken by the suspects, and then what's believed to be the suspect's car that soon follows.

"Another vehicle appears to be following closely behind him, those two vehicles were seen later at Shea and 90th Street by another photo radar camera," he said.

Gillman's life was taken by at least two people that need to be caught. Paradise Valley Police say there is a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.

If you know who the car belongs to, or any information about the case, you're asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
