Police investigate shooting at Glendale apartment complex

Glendale Police are searching for a suspect after two men in their 20s were shot at a west Valley apartment complex on Sunday morning.

A GPD spokesperson says an argument broke out among a group of people who were talking outside an apartment complex at 65th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. One of the men reportedly displayed a weapon, and two of the men in the group were hit by gunfire. Both men are 24-years-old, and they were rushed to a nearby hospital with gunshot wounds. One of them is suffering from life-threatening injuries, but the other is expected to survive.

Officers say the shooter took off on foot before they arrived. The suspect is described as a black male in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5' 8"tall, with a medium build, wearing a black T-shirt and shorts and a ball cap.
