San Tan Valley man caught after allegedly looking up woman's skirt

A San Tan Valley man is behind bars for allegedly getting down on his hands and knees to look up a woman's skirt in the middle of a store.

According to Pinal County Sheriff's deputies, on April 15, Walmart employees saw the man following the woman around the store. At one point, they say he got down on all fours to look under her dress.

The suspect had taken off by the time deputies arrived at the scene near Hunt Highway and Gary Road, but they were able to identify him as Jean St. Sauveur.  They found him at his home the following day.

Sheriff Paul Babeu stated, "Suspect Jean St. Sauveur was located at his residence in San Tan Valley and questioned by our detectives. He admitted to the crimes and made a full confession. We arrested and booked him into Jail for one count of Voyeurism which is a felony offense. He thought he could violate unknown women by looking up their skirts and we don't believe this was the first time he has committed this crime. Jean has worked at the Fry's on West Combs Road in San Tan Valley for the past 11 years. If any women feel they recognize Jean and may have also been a victim they are encouraged to contact our office."
