A few miles away in downtown Glendale there's just a few signs and tents for the Chocolate Affair show.
"I think the regulars will come, but maybe a few people will come from the Super Bowl," said Sharon Heminger.
Glendale has missed out on the big pre-Super Bowl events. Glendale's Mayor says he understands why.
"You have the events where you have the capability to take care of the people, and Phoenix has that capability, they have the light rail and the hotels in downtown, it makes sense to have it there," said Mayor Jerry Weiers.
But the Super Bowl is not a total bust in downtown Glendale. At Bitz-ee Mamma's restaurant says they are ready for the big game and have noticed several visitors.
