The home is known as Falcon Nest, and it's built on the slope of Thumb Butte.
This home certainly stands out at ten stories tall, or 124 feet; it's not a place for you if you're afraid of heights.
It's one of the most unique properties in all of Arizona. The realty company listing the home says they are getting interest from all over the world.
It's hard to miss the home, on Thumb Butte in Prescott.
"In terms of everything I've ever sold, it is highly unusual, in fact, the most unusual property that we've ever come across," said Jack Ray with Realty Executives of Northern Arizona.
Ray officially listed the home Sunday and since then the phone has been ringing off the hook.
The asking price is $2.8 million, along with bragging rights it gets you 6,200 square feet of living space, and the views from the top will make your head spin.
"The uniqueness speaks for itself. The views as I'm sure you've captured with your camera are truly magnificent, 360-degree views," said Ray.
"The view from this deck about 80 feet up shows you an unobstructed view of the City of Prescott, and on a clear day like today, you can even see the snow on the San Francisco Peaks, that's about 90 miles away," he said.
The home was built in 1994 by a Phoenix architect who still owns the home at a cost of $4 million.
While the interior needs some updating, Jack says he has no doubt that Falcon Nest won't be on the market long.
"I don't believe we will ever find the opportunity to list another spectacular, one of a kind sensational home like this; we're very excited," said Ray.
The realty company is asking for only serious buyers only, to try and avoid looky-loos who just want to tour the house.
