Cat rescued from sunken boat

A cat in Lake Havasu is trapped underwater in a sunken boat for more than an hour, and lives to meow about it!

The boat was submerged in 15 feet of water near a sandbar for at least an hour before crews were able to pull it out. A mechanic found the cat while removing the boat's floor panels. It's believed the cat made her way onto the boat before the boat's owner went to Southern California.

The lucky cat is now being cared for at the Western Arizona Humane Society.
