in Northeast Philadelphia soiled his pants yesterday after the teacher refused to let him use the bathroom. The child's mom says the reason he had already gone once before.

"I want answers. I want to confront this teacher and ask her what made her want my child to sit there in his feces. What could he have done to make her want to torture him like that?" the mother said.
