Police: Fake makeup contaminated with human feces

LOS ANGELES (Fox 32 News) - Los Angeles Police said Saturday that some counterfeit cosmetics were contaminated with human waste.

A task force busted counterfeit makeup operations at 21 locations in the Los Angeles Fashion District. The busts netted $200,000 worth of makeup.

Aside from the feces, some of the products were also contaminated with bacteria.

"The best price is not always the best deal!" police tweeted.
