"Sky Pool" to be suspended between two London apartment buildings

LONDON (KSAZ) - An architectural firm has designed a new swimming pool that will be suspended 10 stories high between two apartment buildings in London.

The "Sky Pool" is a 90-foot pool that will provide a "bridge" between two apartment buildings in the riverside district of Nine Elms.

The pool is being described as a "world first."

The 10-foot deep pool is being developed by the founder of the Ballymore Group and it uses eight-inch-think glass which resembles an aquarium.

The pool will only be available for the private use of the apartment's residents.
