Valley bikers raise money for teen killed in accident

Valley bikers hit the streets to raise money for the family of a teen killed in a tragic accident.

Some 500 bikers took part in the event called "God's Speed for Austin."

It started in Chandler and ended at Sunnyslope High School in Phoenix where the teen went to school.

From there the group met with Austin's family, to present them with the money they raised.

"He was a very accomplished young man, as a drill Sergeant in the Army I always hoped I could pull out people out of the military, and this kid had it already, he was a very accomplished musician, and took care of his parents who are both blind," said Faron Key.

Austin Lipko-Benito was hit and killed on May 13, while waiting at a bus stop to go to school.
