TEMPE, Ariz. - With less than three weeks until election day, Chelsea Clinton made a stop in Arizona to campaign for her mother, Hillary Clinton.

The "Get Out the Vote" rally was held at Arizona State University's Memorial Union where students were eager to hear about Clinton's debt-free college plan.
