A valley man accused of running down and killing a man outside of a Phoenix school was charged with second degree murder Thursday.
Anthony Parrinello pled not guilty to the charges. The next time he will appear in court will be October 17 before Commissioner Steven Lynch.
Police arrested the 31-year-old early August after police said he got into a fight with Carmleo D'Alessandro outside Canyon Springs Elementary School.
According to investigators, Parrinello wanted to settle the fight down the street but D'Alessandro decided to walk home instead.
Parrinello then went looking for him and ran the 42-year-old down with his car.
