YUMA, Ariz. -

A Yuma man is facing counts of attempted murder after police say he attacked a woman with a screwdriver.

Officers arrested Chrystian Little Thursday morning.

They say he stabbed a female companion in the face, back and neck during an argument.

A medical helicopter flew her to a hospital in Phoenix, where she's being treated for her wounds.

The Yuma Sun said Little's bail is set at a million dollars.
