A man who shot up a Phoenix Police patrol car earlier this month and is still on the run has a history of run-ins with the law.

On October 13, Angel Padilla allegedly kidnapped his estranged girlfriend and fired several rounds into a patrol car as he fled from cops. The patrol officer wasn't injured, and Padilla's girlfriend was set free unharmed.

After an extensive search, Padilla was not located -- and he was able to commit two further crimes this past weekend.

Police are reminding the public about this dangerous individual, and have released some information about his past.

On August 1, 2011, Padilla was identified as a suspect in a home invasion. That is currently under investigation by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.

A few days before the October 13 kidnapping, police began investigating two home invasions, of which Padilla is an investigative lead. In one case, the victim was critically injured and hospitalized.

On October 20, 2012, Padilla was allegedly involved in two additional home invasions. The first occurred at 39th Ave and Thomas Road, the second near 43rd Ave and Thomas.

Anyone with information on Padilla is asked to use extreme caution as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Silent Witness is offering a reward on Padilla's whereabouts.
