Could California's budget problems be good news for Arizona? Maybe. Last week, California voters passed Proposition 30.
Among other things, it raises income taxes on all Californians make over $250,000 a year, and raises state sales taxes for everyone.
So now, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) has an offer on the table. They will fly up to 50 California CEOs here to Arizona -- all expenses paid -- to see if they would like to live and do business here.
FOX 10's Troy Hayden talked to Angela Talbot about the offer. She says they have already had some high-profile companies take interest.
