Atlanta businesses prepare for game day parties

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

If you didn't get tickets to the big Falcons game on Sunday, you're not alone! Atlanta businesses say they'll be ready to help you make your house party a winner.

Latasha Paramore has worked at Publix for three years. She's a huge Falcons' fan, and she's putting every bit of that Falcons love into each platter she makes and each order she takes.

"We've been busy now, pretty much since Falcons been on their roll," Paramore said.

And when Latasha is done helping to complete your football party needs, she'll be heading to a party of her own

If you're like Latasha and planning on watching the game at home, you won't have any trouble finding places all over town that are ready and waiting to help make your football party a winner.

Sarah Bonner, the owner of GiGi Cupcakes in Buckhead, has got something special on the menu to sweeten your get together

"We've got Falcons cupcakes, they're all blinged out with Falcons and footballs," Bonner said.

Just next door Julian Najm is prepping his store, Marcello's Pizza and Sub.

"I think Sunday it's going to be triple the business that we do on a regular day," he said.

He's hired two additional drivers to make sure he can handle all the delivery orders and he's got a head start on the ingredients he'll need for all those extra pizzas

"I already prepared all the mozzarella provolone mix for pizzas," Najm said.

Luke Johnson says in addition to pizza, there are some other staples you've got to have including, chips, appetizers and, he says, beer.

But even with all of that, everyone knows a true Falcons football party isn't complete without a little team spirit.

If you do plan on placing an order, all the businesses FOX 5 talked with said place them as soon as possible – like now!
