GLENWOOD CITY, Wis. (KMSP) -

No militia showed up, but the St. Croix County sheriff had an emergency response team ready as deputies evicted Bonnie Tennessen from her Glenwoood City, Wis. home on Monday.

Behind on her mortgage by roughly $250,000, Tennessen posted an open call for backup on an underground militia website, asking: "is there anyone in Wisconsin willing to help us stand-off the county sheriff? He is threatening to bring out the SWAT team."

The farm has already been sold at a sheriff's auction to another bank, but Tennessen claims she sold it to her brother in a quit claim deed sale prior to the auction.

On Monday, the sheriff seized 25 dogs, five horses, some chicken and other animals on the property. Some other animals will remain on the farm until Tuesday.

Tennessen was not home during the eviction process, but police say they contacted her in the morning and she told deputies she had left and would no longer resist foreclosure.

Tennesesen will have 30 days to collect her belongings -- including the animals; however, there is no word on whether she plans to. Attempts to contact Tennessen for this story were unsuccessful.
