DeKalb Watershed director stepping down

DeKalb County's director of Watershed Management is stepping down. Joe Basista announced he's resigning on March 8 for personal reasons.

He was appointed to the post in August 2011 by DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis.

The Watershed Department had been under investigation by a grand jury looking into possible corruption.
