Woman pulled from burning home dies

A woman rescued from a burning house in Coweta County has died.  

Off-duty firefighter Frank Jones risked his life on Wednesday when he spotted smoke and flames at a home on Highway 54.  

Jones says he kicked in the front door and found 40-year-Old Debra Pate lying on the floor, unconscious.  

He dragged her from the home and did CPR.

Pate was taken to the hospital, but she passed away on Thursday.
