Mohave County Sheriff's deputies found illegal drugs and paraphernalia in a woman's car after stopping her for a traffic violation on Wednesday.

43-year-old Julia Kristine Rowe was arrested after deputies pulled her vehicle over for a traffic stop and found her license plate belonged to a different vehicle.

Rowe was taken into custody and according to deputies, she had a pipe with burnt marijuana residue in her possession.

Deputies say Rowe told them she had another pipe and a plastic bag with meth inside her vehicle too.

Rowe was booked into jail and faces charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies and knowingly displaying a false license plate, a misdemeanor.
