MILLSBORO, Del. -

A months long investigation came to an end Monday when Delaware State Police arrested two men in connection to suspected drug dealing in Millsboro.

Police say troopers who were conducting surveillance of a home on the 31000 block of Karen Street observed a 41-year-old man, Jermaine Leatherbury, allegedly dealing drugs.

When approached by the troopers, police say Leatherbury threw 21 bags of what is believed to be heroin into the air and ran away.

Leatherbury was taken into custody shortly after by a probation officer involved in the investigation.

Police say investigators found another 241 bags of heroin, nearly five grams of cocaine and 16 grams of marijuana inside of the home. Four children were found to be living in the home and were turned over to a relative, police said.

In addition, troopers spotted another man, 23-year-old Justin Holston, sitting in a car parked on the driveway. Holston was taken into custody after police say they found him to be in possession of one bag of heroin along with two syringes.

Leatherbury faces possession with intent to deliver and other related charges, while Holston faces possession charges.
