GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. -

Gloucester Township police say they have arrested a man and a woman seen on surveillance video allegedly stealing video games at a Kmart while a small child sat in their shopping cart.

According to police, 26-year-old Kristopher Green and Kimberly Wilmore, 23, were arrested in connection to the shoplifting incident at a Kmart store on Blackwood Clementon Road earlier this month.

Surveillance video showed a man dismantle a display case and remove four video game consoles while the woman kept an eye out for store employees, police said. Investigators say the child seen in the video was not harmed and was not involved in the incident.

The man and the woman are then seen pushing their cart to another isle, where police say they removed the games from their boxes and covered them with a jacket in their cart.

According to police, more than $1,400 worth of video games and equipment was stolen.

Investigators say the arrests were the result of several tips.
