ATLANTA -

FOX 5 has obtained exclusive video of Reese Witherspoon under arrest by Georgia State Patrol troopers.

The video shows Witherspoon with her hands cuffed behind her back getting out of a trooper's vehicle.

The trooper then uncuffs her and walks her into the Atlanta City Jail, where she is booked on charges of disorderly conduct.

Authorities say Witherspoon was a passenger in a car being driven by her husband, Jim Toth, when he was pulled over on Peachtree Road on suspicion of drunk driving.

The state trooper conducted a field sobriety test on Toth in a parking lot.  According to the police report, during that time, Witherspoon kept getting out of the car despite the trooper telling her to stay inside.

The incident report says she asked the trooper, "Do you know my name?"  The trooper says he told her he didn't need to know who she was.  The report says Witherspoon then said, "You're about to find out who I am," and later told the trooper, "You're about to be on national news."

Witherspoon and Toth were both taken to jail.  Toth was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain the lane, while Witherspoon was charged with disorderly conduct They were released several hours later.

Witherspoon and her husband have been in Atlanta for the past few weeks as she films the movie "The Good Lie".

Witherspoon, who was in New York on Sunday for the premiere of her movie "Mud," issued the following statement through her attorney:

"Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that was no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. I have nothing but respect for the police and I am very sorry for my behavior.
