Banner Plane Over City Hall, US Open Calls For Nutter To Resign

PHILADELPHIA -

A banner plane flew over Center City Philadelphia and is supposed to make an appearance over the U.S. Open today.

The banner reads, "6 Died & No Change - Resign Now Nutter!"

It was not immediately clear who was behind the incident, but the banner is apparently in reference to the building collapse last week at 22nd and Market streets that killed six people.

One week after that deadly building collapse, prosecutors and a grand jury are hard at work investigating who is to blame.

Lawyers for the only man charged so far, 42-year-old Sean Benschop, say he's being made the scapegoat.

Prosecutors say Benschop was under the influence of marijuana and prescription painkillers while operating heavy machinery at the demolition site at 22nd and Market.
