4th of July at Cadillac Ranch

If you're looking for great food before the 4th of July celebration, Cadillac Ranch at Tempe Marketplace is offering some specials. Chef Chris Osborn has the details.

Recipe: Pulled Pork


  • One entire Pork Butt Approx 20lbs
  • Spice mix-1/4 cup of each
  • Black Pepper
  • Granulated Garlic
  • Cajun Spice


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Butcher Pork Butt by trimming excess fat
  3. Rub dry spice mixture all over pork, cover evenly (remember to use gloves and sanitize)
  4. Wrap entire Butt in plastic wrap
  5. Then, wrap again in foil
  6. Place back in roasting pan and cook for 4 hours at 350 degrees.
  7. Cook until protein is cooked through and moist.
