Scottsdale Police have arrested a 29-year-old man in connection to last month's stabbing at Martini Ranch.

Detectives pursued numerous leads and identified Simon Lewis as a suspect in the June 24 stabbing. He was taken into custody without incident on Monday afternoon at Sheraton Desert Oasis.

The 29-year-old Gilbert resident was booked into jail on one count of aggravated assault.

As for the victim, a 34-year-old man, he was wounded in the back. He was released from the hospital last week and is at home recovering.
