SWCC to hold "Be Bear Aware" workshop

Updated:

Just last week, some forest roads in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest were closed because a lot of bears were spotted on the Mogollon Rim.

Forest rangers are keeping a close eye on bears to make sure hikers and campers are safe and to keep the bears safe.

Video: FOX 10's Kristin Anderson has more on bear awareness workshops taking place July 16 in north Scottsdale.
