CHANDLER, Ariz. - Chandler Police have arrested a man who they say has been exposing himself to women and children between January and May of this year. The victims allegedly range from age 6 to 60.

Officers took Cameron Strempel, 18, into custody Tuesday night. Detectives say he flashed girls and women at apartment complexes in the area of Warner Road and Arizona Ave in Chandler.

In every case, the victims described him as a young man with a baby face, according to Chandler PD. There were at least 10 victims.

Police developed a sketch and went door to door with the image. That's how they identified Strempel and arrested him.

"This is the guy right here. That's the face I'll never forget," says one victim, who doesn't want to be identified. "He passed me right before I came up the stairs. I heard somebody trying to get my attention, he whistled.. I looked back, and he's fully naked."

"I was in shock, I said 'I'm calling the police,' and he just stood there for another 10 seconds, you know, forever."

Police say indecent exposure suspects often graduate to more brazen crimes.

"They are getting their satisfaction from doing acts like this.. for most of them that doesn't satisfy them after awhile, they start trying to up the ante, they start trying to touch the victims," says Chandler Police Det. Seth Tyler.

He's being held on a $10,000 bond on 2 felony counts and 6 misdemeanor counts.

FOX 10's Ty Brennan reports.
