Bethenny Frankel: I'm So Lucky, And I'm Ready To Go

Posted: Updated:

Bethenny Frankel says, yes, she's edgy and inappropriate at times, but she wants potential viewers of her talk show to know it will be deeper than that.

"Bethenny," which had a test run on a group of TV stations last summer will premiere as a nationally-syndicated five-day-a-week program starting on September 9th.

Bethenny says the show will get into all kinds of women's issues and problems, from getting a good night's sleep to getting the kids off to school, and even having sex with their husbands.  And she promises to keep it moving, from the serious stuff to topics and guests that are lots of fun.

Or, if you want to compare the show to a meal, Bethenny says "It will be deep, with a side of shallow."

Fun Facts About Bethenny Frankel:

  • Bethenny worked as a production assistant on the set of Saved by the Bell. She appeared in the 1993 short film Soiree Sans Hors D'oeuvres, the 1994 movie Hollywood Hills 90028, and the 1995 movie Wish Me Luck.
  • In 2005, Frankel was a contestant on The Apprentice: Martha Stewart reality TV show and was one of two finalists.
  • Frankel posed nude for a PETA billboard in September 2009.
