Former Dover Airman Arrested For Rape of Minor

A former Dover Airman has been arrested and charged with the rape of a 4-year old male.  

The incident occurred between February 28, 2007 and February 28, 2009  on the 3000 block of Raintree Drive in Dover.

Jesus Munoz, 30, is from Melbourne, Florida.

He has been charged with 2 counts of rape, continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, Assault 2nd
and Unlawful Sexual Contact 1st (52 counts).
 
Munoz was arrested Thursday August 1, 2013. 

The investigation began after the victim was interviewed.  During that interview, the child informed his biological father that he had been raped by his step-father, Munoz.  The victim informed detectives the sexual abuse would occur on the weekends his mother was working and he would be home with Munoz.
