MESA, Ariz. -

Brendon Zachary is facing several charges of sexual exploitation of a minor after his wife found evidence of child porn in the home.

Zachary, 44, allegedly had a video clip of his daughter's 11-year-old friend that showed her undressing and taking a shower in his east valley home. An digital media storage card belonging to him also reportedly contained hundreds of images of child porn.

When police questioned him, Zachary admitted to placing a hidden camera in the bathroom to videotape the victim, court documents show.

During a search of the home, detectives found several other spy cams.

Zachary also admitted to police that he downloaded child porn from the internet and would make video montages of the 11-year-old with other videos and pictures he downloaded. He acknowledged that he knew what he was doing was wrong, and referred to himself as a monster.

Zachary was booked into jail on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and unlawful viewing.
