First Sandusky Case Settlement Made In Civil Claims Against PSU

A lawyer says his client is the first to settle a civil suit against Penn State University related the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case.

That client was known was "victim five" when he testified at Sandusky's criminal trial.

His lawyer says he has agreed to terms with the university.

This will be one of 26 settlements expected soon among the 31 young men who have made claims against PSU's former assistant football coach.

Right now, Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence.
