Group Honors Entrepreneurial-Spirited Lemonade Stand Boy

A college business group has honored a 10-year-old Pennsylvania boy whose lemonade stand was robbed by a 12-year-old boy with a BB gun.

The (Johnstown) Tribune-Democrat says 10-year-old Anthony Sanders, of Johnstown, was trying to raise $400 to buy a PlayStation 4 video game system when he was robbed of $30. The robber ran away with Anthony's money box and also trashed his stand, says police. Police have since caught and charged the 12-year-old suspect in juvenile court.

Anthony says he was back in business the day after the robbery in Johnstown. He wasn't intimidated by the crime, saying, "Nope, not at all."

On Wednesday, the Enactus chapter at the St. Francis University School of business visited Anthony. The organization promotes entrepreneurial spirit as a way to improve society. They gave him gift certificates, a plaque and a book on entrepreneurism.

"What this is about is entrepreneurship," Randy Frye, dean of the business school told the Tribune-Democrat. "Entrepreneurship is having the courage to start a business, have a product and promote your business on the street. For a 10-year-old, that's amazing."
