On this edition we talk about the army of attorneys and consultants being paid millions of dollars to usher Detroit back to financial solvency.  Are they worth the money?  The head of one of those consulting firms, Van Conway of Conway Mackenzie, talks about that with Detroit City Council President Saunteel Jenkins.  Also, with Belle Isle being leased to the State of Michigan, what other city assets may follow suit?

Plus, like it or not, the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. Obamacare) made its big debut this week.  So how's it playing out in Detroit?  Tera Defoe is working with former Detroit Restaurateur LaVan Hawkins to sign people up for these health insurance exchanges.  She debates law professor Ellis Washington about the merits of the controversial law.
