Obama stops healthcare speech to help woman who was fainting

Posted: Updated:

President Barack Obama stopped his press conference on healthcare Monday to help a woman who appeared to be on the verge of fainting.

The woman was standing behind Obama while he was delivering his speech.

She appeared unsteady for several minutes before the president stopped speaking, turned around, and reached out to her.

"I got you. You’re okay. This happens when I talk too long," the president said.

The woman was helped off of the platform and the president continued his speech.
