CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A fourth teenager has been charged with sexual assaulting a 12-year-old girl in an Englewood home in December 2012.

Dyquier "DBoy" Garrett, 16, of the 1500 block of West 63rd Street, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual of a victim between 9 and 13, according to court documents.

Garrett is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl after three acquaintances had raped her in an attack the first three recorded and later posted on Facebook.

Justin Applewhite, 16; Kenneth Brown, 15; and Scandale Fritz, 16, were charged as adults in May with aggravated criminal sexual assault, according to the Cook County State's Attorney's office.

The 12-year-old girl walked to Fritz' home in the 400 block of West 60th Place on Dec. 15, 2012, to meet with him, according to court documents. When she arrived, Fritz took her to the basement and sexually assaulted her, despite her resistance and repeated demands to stop, according to prosecutors.

Fritz then brought Applewhite and Brown -- who the girl had seen taking a gun in and out of his pocket earlier -- down to the basement, according to court documents.

They asked the victim three times to engage in sex acts with Brown and Applewhite, according to court documents. She refused the first two times, but agreed the third time because she knew they were gang members and she was afraid Brown would shoot her.

Brown and Applewhite then sexually assaulted the girl while Fritz videotaped the rape, according to prosecutors.

Shortly after the attack, Garrett arrived a Fritz' home and watched the video with Fritz and Applewhite, prosecutors said. Fritz then told Garrett the girl would have sex with him too and he went into the basement.

Garrett found the girl sitting on a chair, and physically and sexually assaulted her, prosecutors said.

The next day the girl filed a police report and went to the hospital, court documents said.

On Dec. 17, the video of the attack was posted on Brown's Facebook account, according to court documents. The video was later posted on Fritz and Applewhite's Facebook pages as well.

It showed Brown waving the gun in the air during the sexual assault while all three yelled gang slogans, according to court documents.

Fritz was identified in the video because at one point he turned the camera towards his face, prosecutors said. He later provided a handwritten statement admitting his involvement.

On Friday, Judge Maria Kuriakos Ciesil ordered Garrett held on a $500,000 bond. The first three defendants are being held on $900,000 each.

Garrett lives in Chicago with his mother and siblings, and is on the baseball team at Corliss High School, according to his public defender.

He was not immediately charged because authorities were waiting on results from state police, which matched his DNA. Garrett later made a partial admission, authorities said.

The first three suspects are scheduled for a status hearing on Dec. 11 before Judge Vincent Gaughan, according to the state's attorney's office. Garrett will be back in court Nov. 14.
