But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

GLENDALE, Ariz. -

How much do you love your job?  Dorothy Rowe loved her job that she worked for 70 years before finally retiring on Nov. 5th.

Rowe is the Air Force's longest serving employee.  She served under 13 presidents and 40 wing commanders at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale.

"I think this is great.  I am so happy for her.. she deserves it.  70 years -- that is quite an honor," said Rowe's cousin, Brenda Darst.

Dorothy was the chief financial analyst at Luke.  Her career started right out of high school in Columbus, Ohio, working for the War Department, then on to Luke in 1953.  She will miss it.

"People mostly.. the work gets done, but it's going to be the people I miss the most.  It's like one big family," said Rowe.

The ballroom at Luke was filled with friends, family and fellow workers.  She was given medals, pictures, flags and lots of toasts!

She's not going too far.

"I'm gonna try to do some volunteer work for Col. Young," she said.

Luke AFB is a big part of her family.  She'll find a way to help ours.

Rowe can always go bowling.  She was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 2000.
