Dr. Tyson's raw zucchini pasta recipe

Zucchini Pasta Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions: Put zucchini in Spiral slicer to create zucchini noodles. Put noodles, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and mix.
Pasta Sauce
3 medium tomatoes
¼ C Sundried tomatoes
1 Red Bell pepper
¼ C extra virgin olive Oil
2 Cloves garlic peeled
¼ C basil
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
Put all ingredients in food processor or high speed blender. Pulse food processor or blender to chop ingredients into the consistency of pasta sauce.
Serving: Put zucchini pasta on a plate and top with pasta sauce.
Raw Onion Bread
1 C almonds, ground into flour
1 C flax seed, ground into flour
1 Tbs White Miso paste
1 Large onion, sliced and chopped
¼ C Braggs Amino Acid
1 C warm water
Put almonds and flax seed into a coffee grinder and pulse to create flour. Pour flour, onions, and braggs amino acid into a mixing bowl. Mix miso paste in 1 C of water and then pour into the mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together to form dough.
Take the dough and spread onto teflex sheet and spread it out to a thickness of 1 inch. Put dough in the food dehydrator at 145 degrees for 2 hours, and then score the dough to create squares. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 12 hours. Take out of dehydrator and serve.
Serving: Eat with Zucchini Pasta or as you desire. Enjoy!!
