It's been 20 years since the so-called Long Island Railroad massacre.

Six people were killed and 19 others wounding in an attack on an LIRR train in Garden City.

Charlie Minn is the producer and director of the documentary called "Long Island Railroad Massacre". He attended Herricks High School and was a classmate of one of the victims.

Colin Ferguson carried out the killings on Dec. 7, 1993 and intentionally targeted whites and Asians.

Carolyn McCarthy successfully ran for Congress after he husband was killed during the shooting spree. She has been in office since 1993 and has been a staunch gun law supporter.

Ferguson is serving a 315 year sentence in an upstate prison. His earliest possible parole date is in 2309.

The film opens November 15.
