But Guzman's arrest is raising some serious questions. One of which, is this the real El Chapo? The other is how were police able to arrest him without a single shot being fired. We talked with a filmmaker whose new document hopes to answer some of those questions.

PHOENIX -

An industrial laundry business is cleaning up after a fire broke out on Wednesday night.

Fire officials say it could have been a lot worse, but the business already had a plan in place in case of a fire.

Fire crews were called to Mission Linens and Uniform Services near 16th Street and University around 11 p.m.

Officials say only one fire truck was called out initially, but when firefighters arrived on scene they saw a lot of smoke billowing from the building.

The fire eventually grew to a first alarm fire because of the dangerous chemicals inside the building.

Fire officials say it was a small fire and crews were able to keep it from spreading because they already had a plan in place.

Firefighters have been called out to the business for small fires before, and say the plan likely helped save the business.

The damage to the building is mostly water damage.

Phoenix fire says this business is just one of many they work with to come up with a plan in case of a fire.

The business owners showed up to work with fire investigators, but there's no word on whether it will re-open Thursday morning.
