The Barrett Jackson auto show is gearing up for another year in Scottsdale and one of the big changes is where it will take place.
"We have a brand new facility entire grounds for people who've been coming up here for years its going to be entirely different." said Craig Jackson, Chairman and CEO of the Barrett Jackson Auction Company.
Barrett Jackson moving into its new home at WestWorld today. Craig Jackson says the new permanent facilities should make a big difference for the thousands of fans who attend the auction every year.
"Gone are the Port O Potties and all that of the past, permanent bathroom permanent facility... all the cars have been brought up from the polo fields... they're all up here." said Jackson.
Crews are still working to finish the final touches inside the tents at WestWorld. This is the 43rd year for the annual auction and one thing that hasn't changed, the wide variety of cars old and new.
"It's bigger than it ever has been before... 14 hundred plus cars this year selling at no reserve." said Jackson.
And what would Barrett Jackson be without celebrity cars, including this 1972 Oldsmobile 442 convertible once owned by the late James Gandolfini, this 1986 Ferrari Testarossa convertible driven by the late Michael Jackson and others including some real classics.
The auction kicks off on Sunday and goes for a whole week.
