NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander were photographed walking into Tom's Restaurant on the Upper West Side Monday afternoon, the coffee shop used as the exterior for Monk's Diner on the hit show Seinfeld for all of those years.

Ali Phil took the photo and posted it to Twitter.

The photo shows the pair strolling up Broadway to the door of the restaurant.

Alexander looked much like his character, George Costanza, from the Seinfeld show, complete with a "puffy" winter coat.  Seinfeld is sporting a little less hair than he had on the NBC sitcom.

Phil says that a camera crew was filming inside the restaurant.  And there have been several reports that they might have been shooting "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee!", a popular web series that Seinfeld produces.  Other people speculated that it might be for a Super Bowl commercial.

Seinfeld co-creator Larry David was also seen at the restaurant.  David and Seinfeld are reportedly working on a new project together.  Gossip sites have claimed that it is a Broadway play.
