PHOENIX (KSAZ) -

The countdown to super bowl is on and the big game, of course, set for Sunday.

Tuesday, in New York, the media and lucky fans got a chance to hear from coaches and players from both teams.

At media day. FOX10 took you behind the scenes. The location was where the New Jersey Devils hockey team plays and this was the first time they ever held a media day outside the stadium because it is cold out today.

Inside the stadium some 5,000 members of the media interviewing players. There are five main stages set up for the bigger names on the team. At one stage was Peyton Manning and he drew quite the crowd. Nearby you had the next players down, hey have name tags above them, microphones, and again, drawing pretty good crowds.

Organizers say some 7,000 people paid $30 to enjoy media day.
