Humvee's have been delivering food and water to people trapped on the city roads. Among those stranded a very colorful trucker from Chandler who goes by the handle "O.G. Chest Hair".

"This is O.G. Chest Hair reporting live from Atlanta, Georgia, big shout out to Phoenix, Arizona everybody out there enjoying the land of the sun dropping a figurative pun" said Eugene Parker II "O.G. Chest Hair".
After being stuck for 22 hours Eugene Parker the second, that's his real name, found a camera man and decided to try his hand at being a roving reporter.
"The weather is outrageous. It's freezing!" said Parker.
Yesterday he skidded on the ice, hit a guard rail and was pinned in by two cars.
"They done struck O.G. Chest Hairs semi truck. I got two cars. I can't even get out. The road is icy watch look at me moon walk...Now Michael Jackson's Thrillers' back y'all out here in Atlanta Georgia" said Parker.
He's not alone several cars left stranded after hitting the ice. "Up the block here you've got a nine car accident or maybe my mathematics are off, it might even be ten here you have a Nissan Maxima, he doesn't have insurance, he's been struck, he's outta luck" said Parker.
Soon it was chest hair's turn to run out of luck "oh (bleep) O.G. Chest Hair just done fell" but like a seasoned pro he bounced back.
"Over here we got we gotta SUV blocking the street and if you look down yonder here the crash investigation site where O.G. Chest Hair's truck is at... It is a hot mess, hot Atlanta, I just want to give a shout out to all my fans and all my people in Tucson, Arizona. We're bringing it home O.G. Chest Hair over and out"
