Why Foolish got fired

Posted: Updated:

Robert Spearman, known as "Foolish" on WJLB FM 98, is making fun of being fired after 13 years on the radio.

Spearman was terminated from WJLB at the beginning of the year. "I've been fired twice, so I love it. I'm into getting fired, " says Spearman on The Nine.

Friday, Foolish will headline an evening of comedy and entertainment at the Fillmore Theatre in Detroit.

Spearman has been named Metro Times Comedian of the Year 2001 and Bacardi Light Comedian of the Year and has performed with Mike Epps, Dave Chappelle, Monique and Bernie Mac.

Foolish has appeared in films such as "Pawn Shop" and "Loud Pack."
